2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message.

If you make a Talent submission, we collect the information you provide, including your discipline, location, introduction, links and any PDF CV you choose to attach.

If you register interest in a Team NMG role, we collect the information you provide, including your area of interest, location, profile link, introduction and PDF CV.

If you make a freelance introduction, we collect your discipline, location, portfolio link, availability, introduction and PDF CV.

If you join our email updates list, we collect your email address together with the date, time, source, confirmation status and version of the consent statement you accepted.

For successful contact, Talent, Team NMG and freelance submissions, we keep a protected operational register containing a reference, submission time, category, source page, consent status and a one-way hash of the email address. Attached files are not stored in that register.

We also collect limited first-party event counts, such as page views, contact submissions, newsletter requests and production, partnership or store clicks. These counts do not include a full IP address, advertising identifier or browser fingerprint.

Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser information and server logs, to deliver and protect the website.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to understand and respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship and protect the website from misuse.

Talent submissions are used to review your experience and consider you for current or future NMG opportunities. The website emails attached CVs directly to NMG; it does not deliberately retain them in the public website folder.

Team NMG job and register-of-interest submissions are used to assess suitability for current or future company roles. They are separate from performer and freelance project submissions.

Freelance submissions are used to review your experience and consider you for suitable project briefs. The website emails the submission and attached CV directly to NMG and does not deliberately retain the file in the public website folder.

If you join our email updates list, we first send a confirmation link. We use your email address for NMG news and production updates only after that link has been selected. We rely on your consent for this use.

We use aggregated website event counts to understand whether important pages and forms are working, and to improve the website without building advertising profiles.

For contact enquiries, our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in managing genuine business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting and email. Newsletter signups, submission registers and aggregate event counts are stored in a protected area of our IONOS webspace and may later be transferred to a specialist service provider acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information or use contact-form details for unrelated marketing.

We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We ordinarily keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months. We may retain information for longer where an active relationship continues or where legal, accounting or regulatory requirements apply.

We ordinarily keep unsuccessful recruitment, talent and freelance submissions for up to 12 months unless we ask for consent to retain them for longer, a live process requires a shorter period, or law requires otherwise.

We ordinarily keep unsolicited Talent submissions for up to 12 months so that we can consider them for suitable opportunities. We may keep them for longer if you enter an active casting, recruitment or contractual process.

Unconfirmed newsletter requests expire after 48 hours and can be removed after 30 days. We keep active newsletter details until you withdraw your consent or we discontinue the updates service. If you unsubscribe, we retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list so that we respect your preference.

Aggregate event counts are normally kept for up to 26 months. The protected submissions register follows the same retention period as the underlying enquiry or application.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, to object to processing and to receive information in a portable format.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your information has been handled incorrectly.

7. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. It uses a limited first-party, aggregate event counter to measure whether pages and forms are being used. The counter does not store a full IP address, create a cross-site identifier or follow you across other websites.

The website uses limited first-party browser storage to remember when the updates panel has been dismissed and when a signup has been completed. This prevents the panel being shown repeatedly on the same device and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
